Your business should
run itself. (Sort of.)

I'm Tyne — I handle the inbox, the admin, the systems, and the social content so you can get back to the work only you can do!

You're good at what you do…
the admin? Not so much.

You didn't start your business to spend every Tuesday sorting your inbox and stressing about your Instagram. And yet, here we are.

But I've got that handled

I sit between admin and marketing

Which means I can take on the full back end of your business, not just one piece of it.

I'm not just a pair of hands. I'm the person who learns your business, protects your time, and makes sure things actually get done.

Inbox & Email
Sort the chaos. Responses drafted and sent in your voice, not mine.
Systems & SOPs
Filing systems, templates, SOPs — so you (or a future hire) can actually use them.
Social & Content
Captions, content plans, Canva templates — so your socials look like you know what you're doing.
Events & Projects
Coordination, timelines, stakeholder support (add-on for retainer clients).

Why me

Not another VA.

I handle the back end so you can do the work that actually pays.

01

One person, your business

You're not handed off to a team. I learn your tools, your tone, your clients, and become an extension of how you already work.

02

Systems, not just tasks

I don't just tick jobs off a list. I build the SOPs and templates underneath so the same task runs smoother every time.

03

Straight-talking

No fluff, no jargon, no surprise charges. Plain English, set hours, clear scope. You always know what you're getting.

How it works

Four steps. Sorted.

01

Reach Out

Drop me a message via the contact form or email. Tell me where you're stuck. I reply within 24 hours.

02

Free Discovery Call

A 20-minute chat to understand your business. No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation.

03

Tailored Proposal

I'll send you a clear scope and price — exactly what you'll get and what it costs. No surprises.

04

We Get Started

Sign, pay, and we're off. Onboarding sets you up, then I'm quietly making things run in the background.

Common questions

Quick answers.

What's the minimum commitment?
All retainers run on a 3-month minimum. After that, you stay month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Pick & Pay jobs have no commitment — pay per item.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset each month — use them or lose them. This keeps the rhythm steady and stops you "saving up" for a big month that never quite happens.
What if I need extra hours?
Top-up hours are billed at $75/hr and added to your monthly invoice. I'll always check with you before going over.
Do you do bookkeeping or full website builds?
No — those aren't my zone. I'll happily handle invoicing follow-ups, payment reminders and small Wix updates for retainer clients, but anything heavier I'll point you to the right person.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 12pm–7pm AEST. No weekends, no public holidays. Inbox response within 24 hours for The Works, 8 hours for All In.
How do we communicate?
Email, a shared client folder, or your Notion / ClickUp portal — your choice. I'll adapt to wherever you already work.
Can I pause my retainer?
Yes — once per 12-month period, with 14 days notice. Your rate is locked in when you come back.

Not a sales call.
Just a chat. Promise.

20 minutes, no pitch. We'll work out what would actually help you, and go from there.
